“Cis” is not hate speech.

It isn’t.

But labeling “cis” as hate speech is, itself, hate speech.

Using the word “appropriation” to describe the process of a trans woman transitioning is also hate speech. You cannot “appropriate” your own body. You cannot “appropriate” your own sense of well-being. You cannot “appropriate” your own life.
